This not a thread for rude comments. This guy is facing a rough time. NO BLAKE BASHING.

So, pick a number. A period of months and years, that Fielder-Civil will received for a sentence come July 10th.

My guesstimate: 4 years and 6 months, with credit for time served.

The GBH charge nearly killed Mr. King. He has a plate in his head replacing facial bone. But the POJ charge was not an organized crime event. Maybe that will not get full weight. Edit: Testimony at the trial had two gangsters threatening Mr. King with a mob killing. That's organized crime and kicks in additional statutes related to Perversion of Justice. Still, I made my guess before the trial, so that'll have to stand as is. 

Winner gets an Internet treat. A surprise. (And if Joseph wins and guesses "time served," he gets an extra Slurpy.)

The Mirror, who participated in the POJ element of the charges, reckon 5 years is about the norm. The problem is what impact Amy and the media will have.

If this was an unknown case, I suspect he would be looking at very little in addition to time served. However, it isn't. You are well aware of the efforts by the Tory party to have Amy arrested and charged for example. And in the full public glare of the establishment (who are by and large Tories), it could well be that they have a go at Blake.

Thus, my guess is:

- Normal guy sentence: Less than 3 years.With time served he would be out in just a few months (it is normal to serve well under half)

- Special celeb sentence: 6 years.

 

I have read if things go bad for him he can get maximum 5 years in jail ... i say he wont get the full 5 so i say 12 months ...

Looking at the the tape, it looks like Blake's pal did the GBH, Blake was tiptoeing around in sneakers trying to throw a few kicks.

3 years with credit for time served.  A few more years of 'my Blake incarcerated.'   Dump the loser, Amy!

Time served, and 5 years probation(or whatever they call it in England).

The other two guys involved, who have already pled guilty, were released the same day.

The X factor in all of this is, Blake has no previous record.

He's a first time offender.

He has pled guilty, they have a conviction, he has avoided them the costs of a trial.

If it smells like a plea deal, sounds like a plea deal and feels like a plea deal . . . it's a plea deal.

i think they will make an example of him.  i understand there is an anti drug political climate in the UK right now and Blake may be percieved to be a part of it.  I hope he does serious time.

I know that most of you hate Blake. i give him a second change ... I think of whats best for Amy ... i hope he gets free in 2 weeks, that it is true ... if not if he faces years Amy wont be able to stay strong any more and loose grip on her life completly ... she needs Blake to heal herself ... Blake is her reason to life for ... she cant wait years it will kill her ... She treully loves Blake ...

so she wait almost 7 months,i'm right??i remember she was with alex haynes on brits 2007 she was happy there....but with blake i know she truly love him,and now she can't live without blake,but i don't think he feel the same for amy...so i think she continue using drugs,with blake....but i remember she was with blake,and then they have divorce,then she was with alex haynes,and after alex she marry blake,i'm right,or no??i think she can love other guy,who will be better than blake.....so finally i say he don't love her,cos if he love her he never make her to start using drugs,,but she love him very much...but yeah he will be with her in 2 weeks.....hope u can forgive me for my english....

It would be a horrific aberration of English justice, if Blake's sentencing was, in any way affected by his being part of the drug scene.

You can't sentence someone for a crime they have not been charged with.

 

 I think it'll be 2 years and 6 months - 2 years for the GBH plus 6 months for the PoJ, to run consecutively, with credit for time served. Mitigating factors are that he pleaded guilty and he's behaved himself (more or less) while inside

thank u very much:)....i mean she live without blake since november it is 7months....i also think he don't love her...and so,of course he will be crazy,and a moron,if i will be with amy i will do all things to make her happy,but so blake have more luck than me...and i agree with you she is the best!!!....

 Forgot to say - he may be eligible for release after he's served half his sentence so if he gets 30 months, he may only serve 15, less the 7 he's already served, so could be out in 8. If he only gets 18, he'd serve 9, less the 7 he's already served so he'd be out in 2 (months not weeks). Hmm.
