I am a new comer to Amy’s music.I’m on my forties and I am a music fan, not all music, good music.I discovered Amy about 6 months ago. Rehab passed in the radio but never caught me. Well sang but too obvious. In a January night I was zapping my TV and passed through a night show and Amy was singing I am no good. Wow. That’s fresh, creative mixture of 50s sounds, with funk, pop, jazz - fantastic. I decided to investigate. Went on the internet and found that skinny trembling creature with a VOICE.I bought her disk and she is a daily presence in my mp3 player. I have children and Amy is clearly a transversal character between generations even if I think she is a singer for mature audiences. There is genius in her. I want to declare my interest that she keeps feeding my silences with her voice.
Dear Amy I want you to live and sing for us. I want you clean, I want you to be what is missing in music since Ella died. You can do it.
